Henniker Brewing Company has been operating since 2011, crafting beers that New Hampshire could be proud to call its own. We’re tucked away in the woods of Henniker, NH; frequented by many hikers, skiiers, snowboarders, and paddling enthusiasts. We’re a small company with less than 10 employees, dedicated to brewing good beer and hosting great times for locals and tourists in the area.

General Job Description

We're looking for someone to join our Tasting Room team part time. Compensation is a base wage (above minimum wage), supplemented by tips, and great perks. Shifts we're looking for help with start in May 2026:

Mondays 3PM - close (7PM closing)

Wednesdays 3PM -close (8PM closing)

Events - we have events each month (typically on Saturdays). For larger events we need more help, so there are opportunities each month for additional shifts, as well as covering any shifts needed for staff that have taken time off, are sick, etc.

We also have a company meeting on Mondays at 11AM which if able to attend, can be coupled with some other tasks around the taproom to add hours. Mostly re-stocking, cleaning taplines, sorting kegs, cleaning the taproom, etc.

There is opportunity to expand these hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proper pouring of beer
  • Open/close side work and overall cleanliness
  • Cash handling and customer tab management

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+
  • Must be able to lift sixth barrel kegs (58 lbs)

Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative

General Job Description

Passionate about craft beer? Love talking to people? We're looking for an outgoing, charismatic person with a love of craft beer and quality to share our brand around the state and ultimately, New England. As brand ambassador, you'll get to travel around sampling our award winning beers with the goal of expanding our reach; as well as checking in with current customers and making them feel loved!

The perfect candidate will be located such that they can reach Western NH as well as Central and Northern NH.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales of craft beer and seltzers
  • Visiting accounts
  • Working with our distributors and their sales team
  • Tastings and beer festivals
